Step 1: Ensure the bike is powered on.
Step 2: Press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously to access the P-settings menu.
Step 3: Press the "M" button to navigate to P05.
Step 4: Use the "+" or "-" button to adjust the speed limit to 32 km/h.

• How change between mph and kmh?

Step 1: Ensure the bike is powered on.
Step 2: Press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously to enter the P-settings menu.
Step 3: Press the "M" button to navigate to P01.
0 means kmh and 1 means mph

• Does my height/weight fit the M10 E-Bike?

The recommended height for the M10 E-Bike is between 160 cm and 192 cm (5'3" - 6'3"). The maximum weight capacity is 150 kg (330 lbs).

• Is the M10 E-Bike pre-assembled?

The M10 E-Bike is partially pre-assembled, and the remaining assembly is straightforward. For assistance, you can refer to the user manual or watch the assembly video here.

• What are the shipping costs?

• How long is my warranty?
