How do I unlock the speed limit for my U1 E-Bike?

Step 1: Ensure the bike is powered on.
Step 2: Press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously to enter the P-settings menu.
Step 3: Press the "M" button to navigate to P05.
Step 4: Use the "+" or "-" button to change the speed limit to 32 km/h.

Does my height/weight fit the U1 E-Bike?

The recommended height for the U1 e-bike is between 150 cm and 185 cm (4'11" ~ 6'1"). The maximum weight is 120 kg (264 lbs).

How long does it take to charge my U1 E-bike?

It typically takes 3-4 hours to fully charge the battery using the supplied charger.

Is my U1 E-bike pre-assembled?

The U1 E-bike comes partially pre-assembled, and the remaining assembly is easy to complete. For assistance, you can refer to the user manual or watch the assembly video.

How much are the shipping costs?

How long is my warranty?

The warranty for the motor, controller, and frame is 2 years. Tires, saddle, front and rear decorative strips, and fastening covers are covered for 6 months. The rest of the parts are covered for 1 year. For more details, please visit our warranty policy page.
