The recommended height for the U4 E-Bike is between 150 cm and 185 cm (4'11" - 6'1"). The maximum weight is 120 kg (264 lbs).

The U4 E-bike comes partially pre-assembled, and the remaining assembly is easy to complete. For assistance, you can refer to the user manual or watch the assembly video here.

We offer FREE shipping on all products in our shop.

The warranty for the motor, controller, and frame is 2 years. Tires, saddle, front and rear decorative strips, and fastening covers are covered for 6 months. The rest of the parts are covered for 1 year. For more details, please visit our warranty policy page.
