We aim to deliver packages quickly and securely to our customers. The primary shipping provider is DPD/DHL/GLS/FedEx.

France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom, Denmark, Poland, etc..

Shipping Warehouse

All e-bikes are shipped from our local warehouse in EU/UK. 

NOTE: UK Warehouse ships exclusively within the UK, while the EU Warehouse serves the EU deliverable region only.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all products in our shop for all deliverable areas.

  • Accessories are shipped separately from the e-bike and generally require 3-10 business days for delivery.

NOTE: Logistics can be influenced by unforeseen factors beyond our control. We are dedicated to ensuring your package reaches you as swiftly as possible. If there happens to be a delay of 1-2 business days, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Package Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping provider's website or use the following link: https://www.17track.net/.

Address Change

If you need to update your delivery address, please provide the correct details within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure smooth delivery. Address changes are inavailable after the package has been shipped. In this case, please contact our customer service for assistance in reaching out to the logistics company to attempt an address change.

For any reshipment requests due to customer errors, such as an incorrect delivery address, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service within 3 business days of the expected delivery date with a detailed description or images. We will assist you in filing a damage claim.

Additional Notes

  • Please carefully check your address before placing your order to avoid additional costs.
  • Accessories are shipped separately from the e-bike and generally require 3-10 business days for delivery.
  • If you have ordered multiple e-bikes, they will be delivered in separate packages.
