Step 1: Ensure the bike is powered on.
Step 2: Press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously to access the P-settings menu.
Step 3: Press the "M" button to navigate to P05.
Step 4: Use the "+" or "-" button to adjust the speed limit to 32 km/h.

The recommended height for the U2 E-Bike is between 160 cm - 192 cm (5'3" - 6'3"). The maximum weight is 120 kg (264 lbs).

Locate the latch and lift the seat up.
Press and turn the key to the unlocked position.
Carefully pull the battery out and lift it out of the bike frame.

Note: To reinsert the battery, align the slots at the bottom of the battery and place it back into the frame. Turn the key to the locked position. To check the battery's charge level without turning on the display, press the button on top of the battery to see the current charge status.

The U2 E-bike comes partially pre-assembled, and the remaining assembly is easy to complete. For assistance, you can refer to the user manual or watch the assembly video here.

Equipped with a 36V, 13Ah battery, the U2 E-bike typically offers a range of 60-75 km in pure electric mode or 70-90 km in pedal-assist mode (PAS). However, the actual range may vary depending on road conditions, rider weight, and other factors.

We offer FREE shipping on all products in our shop.

The warranty for the motor, controller, and frame is 2 years. Tires, saddle, front and rear decorative strips, and fastening covers are covered for 6 months. The rest of the parts are covered for 1 year. For more details, please visit our warranty policy page.
