I bought this e-bike a few months back and it’s great! I mainly ride it to and from work and It has saved me lots of time and money, There is also a steep hill on the way to work and I’m able to ride up it with ease and on the top setting I can reach nearly 20mph.

The only downsides are the length of the battery. I need to charge it everyday to feel comfortable it won’t die on me. However, it never has died on me, even when I forgot to charge it and if I use a lower setting the battery will last longer.

It’s also quite heavy and I need to carry it up 2 flights of stairs each day for work. It’s also a little awkward to hold when it’s folded.

Overall I love this e-bike and would recommend it to everyone, it has really improved my commute.

Delivery 🚚 problems but got it eventually 😱the bike is of great quality and the price was amazing the cheapest anyway that’s why I wasn’t worried 😟 about delivery 🚚 to be fair due to the weather I’ve only been out once for 5 minutes but l was very pleased 😀 so just waiting for a good day for a proper test

The M10 has completely changed my riding experience. The electric assist gives me the extra boost I need for tough climbs, while the bike still feels like a traditional mountain bike when I want to pedal manually. The ebike is a solid build bike, I've had it for 4 months now and I'm pleased with it. Fits in the car boot easily. Only had an issue with the pedal after 3 months of regular use but got some new only. The customer service have been very helpful and very responsive to my concerns and issues.

We are very happy with this e-bike. Now I have two of them. I drive it to work every day and on weekends. I have traveled 500 km now. No problems so far. It is really fun to drive. The longest battery life I got was 67+ km on the bike path.

This bike folds down effortlessly, making it ideal for small apartments. I can store it in my hallway without taking up too much space.

It's my first ebike and it's great fun I wish they did them in more colours.
Only downside is the mudguard s were hard to fit and they run against the wheel so have had to bend the rods outwards slightly.And the bell would be better sounding towards the front rather than directed at you because it's rather loud .
But it handy for work and it's charging within 4 hours.

The step-through frame makes it so easy to get on and off, especially when wearing a dress or carrying a bag. Super convenient!

The package was in perfect condition, with no missing parts. The bike is in very good condition, with good product quality. With three types of electric assistance, it has enough power and a fast enough speed. If the battery runs out or I decide to use it without the electric assistance, for now I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to my friends.
